The Qualitative Social and Behavioural Research Network was first set up in 2018. Since then it has grown to include members from 13 out of 20 Biomedical Research Centres (BRCs). The network offers colleagues from all BRCs an opportunity to collaborate informally, on a national scale.
Social and behavioural sciences are widely recognised as vital to successful discovery and translation in health. The network supports social and behavioural science research in the BRCs.
Our purpose is to:
- Facilitate collaboration between qualitative social and behavioural research in BRCs
- Develop innovation in social and behavioural qualitative research methods
- Promote the role of qualitative social and behavioural research in the impact delivered by BRCs
We welcome active qualitative social and behavioural science researchers working within BRCs.
